He was born in 1802 at of, Camden or Hope, Maine.1,2 He was born circa 1815 at Hope, Maine.3 He was born circa 1816 at South Thomaston, Maine.4 He was the son of Joseph Perry and Lucy Holland.4 William Perry married Lucinda Havener, daughter of Charles Havener Jr. and Mary Winchenbach, on 9 January 1841 at Rockland, Maine.5,6 William Perry appeared on the census of 7 August 1850 at Rockland, Maine; (listed as William Perry, Jr.).7 He appeared on the census of July 1870 at Ward 1, Rockland, Maine.1 He died on 25 August 1878 at Rockland, Maine. Came from Camden or Hope, Maine. William was a Truckman and a Teamster. In 1850 his real estate was valued at $800 and by 1870 his real estate had grown to be worth $1,500 and his personal estate at $500.

In both 1850 & 1870 he and his family were residing next to the David Grant - Priscilla Eames family (another cousin - see elsewhere).8,7 He was Kimberly Martinez says she believes she has the parents which are William M. Perry and Martha (Patty) Lindsey [parents of] William Perry III, born 2 Nov 1800!

This is what I have for
Williams Parents and sisters and brothers, etc. I didn't have anything on him except for <1800>. So I added what you have given me in hopes that he is one in the same. I am going over some other info right now that I have collected in the past. I will let you know if I happen to run accross anything else!!! I have gathered all my info from the LDS web site, family files, and Microfilm. Also, rootsweb, cindy's list, etc. This is my account and might not be correct. This is all that I know so far!!! She was the daughter of Charles Havener Jr. and Mary Winchenbach. Lucinda Havener was born in 1822 at Waldoboro, Maine.3 She married William Perry, son of Joseph Perry and Lucy Holland, on 9 January 1841 at Rockland, Maine.1,4 Her married name was Perry. Lucinda Havener appeared on the census of 7 August 1850 at Rockland, Maine.5 She appeared on the census of July 1870 at Ward 1, Rockland, Maine.3 She died on 7 March 1905 at Quincy, Massachusetts, at age 85.6 She was buried at Ac[h]orn Cemetery, Rockland, Maine. (No dates where provided in the Ludwig Genealogy. Please note that a William Perry also married her sisters Martha and Emma. Whether it was the same William Perry that married her, I do not know).

Her death certificate says she was 85 years, one month and 5 days old at the time of her death. That means she would have been born 02 Feb 1820. Lucinda is buried in Achorn Cemetery in Rockland, Maine. She was described on 6 September 2011 at 76086821.
